C. D. Stevens

Ms. Stevens has written coverage for Academy Award-winning film director/actress Lee Grant. More recently, she's read for Johnny Boston of Raw Films where she was also made Staff Writer. She currently writes coverage/provides development for Fever-Dreams, both located in New York City. She is currently negotiating a 6-figure option for her screenplay "The Big Break." Another short script by Ms. Stevens was bought at the end of 2007 and is currently in pre-production.

Scripts edited by The Coverage Factor have placed well in screenwriting contests and gone on to find funding.

She has been hired to teach screenwriting at Film/Video Arts (in NYC) and was chosen to research footage for a documentary being produced by Stick Figure Productions (also in NYC) being directed by Martin Scorsese.

Ms. Stevens has also provided countless online reviews at Francis Ford Coppola’s virtual studio, American Zoetrope, and has taken numerous freelance and screenplay editing assignments.

Having double-majored in Communication Arts and English at Marymount Manhattan College, Ms. Stevens has a solid foundation in both film and literature. Writing samples are provided on request.
